Project Engineer in the field of telematics

Based on proven control software, PSI Production introduces an innovative, holostic and integrated operation and monitoring system for traffic telematics. It provides both the process coupling with appropriate and rapid visualisation, as well as the management of maintenance in a form based on a systeminternal centrally structured data storage.

To strengthen our growing team in Aschaffenburg and to build up our competences in the field of telematics, we look for you as

Project Engineer (m/w)
for designing, localization and implementation
of great control and monitoring systems.

 
We need you for:

  • The implementation of demanding large software projects in the area of supervision, control and maintenance of telematic processes.
  • The design of software components according to the requirements of our customers.
  • The implementation of customer concepts and the integration of existing components to an entire solution.
  • Commissioning of our systems (SW and HW), at the customer site.
  • Provide advice, guidance and training for customers as long-term project monitoring.

Your experience:

  • University degree in one of the following disciplines: mining, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, computer science or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally experience in the telematik fields.
  • Skills in programming languages: C, C++, JAVA, or similar.
  • Proficiency with Unix and/or Linux operating systems, and some knowledge of automation (industrial data communication, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • A little knowledge of German.
