Integration of the aluminium and copper specialist 4Production

The PSI AG has acquired 100 percent of the shares of 4Production AG, headquartered in Wurselen near Aachen.

4Production is a specialized provider of metals supply chain consulting and, with its production management solutions, leading in the aluminium and copper industry. The company has 40 employees and counts many international groups in the steel, aluminium and copper industry amongst its customers. (…)
